Here in this book, with a forward by Andrey Kurkov, you get an insight into the countries varied past through its treasures. The reader can delve into the richness of Art & culture. From Byzantine to the stunning architecture of its buildings. All explained by those who know them best, curators and artists. Published in hardback form. There are over 256 pages. My only critique is that the images, like the text, are printed on paper, no gloss to them. I think that a gloss finish would have made the images stand out more. Matt does dampen the striking effect of an image I don't post Amazon links but encourage you to buy from Independant booksellers.
